Victoria Ward is joining our lab as our new Project Coordinator

I am thrilled to announce the addition of Victoria Ward as our first official B-RAD Lab employee! Victoria joined the lab during her senior year with an immediate energy to learn about our work. We are really lucky to have her stay on after graduation. She will be working to coordinate the projects in lab, especially our projects on adolescent social attention (read about the research goals here). She will be working closely with myself and our amazing graduate study, Nicole Friedman, to launch our projects this summer.

Enough from me -- here is an introduction from Victoria herself! Thank you for joining our team!

"Hello! My name is Victoria Ward and I am the new Lab Manager and Project Coordinator for B-RAD Lab! I am from Gulf Shores, AL and this past May, I graduated from the University of Alabama with a BA in Psychology and Political Science. During my time as an undergraduate student at UA, I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Caitlin Hudac and the rest of the B-RAD team as an undergraduate intern. Through my time interning for the lab, I learned so much about the importance of research, how to create a diverse and comfortable research space, and also came to the realization that this is absolutely the career path for me. In the next few years, I plan to pursue my PhD in Clinical Psychology. Working with the lab has been such an incredible learning experience thus far, and I am honored to be an official part of the team!"
